About the Role

: Our Sales Associates, also known as Design Consultants, play a key role in the design process and in assessing the needs of our walk-in customers. You will collaborate with our showroom's clientele to ensure their design needs are not only met but exceeded. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced retail environment requiring exceptional sales skills, organization, and a passion for helping people design their living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide excellent customer service and build a strong client base.
• Offer design opinions and educate customers on our products.
• Suggestive sell and cross-promote products and promotions.
• Network and foster relationships with design and trade professionals.
• Manage all phases of the design and sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Stay updated on interior design trends and product releases.
• Maintain showroom visual standards.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise.
• Represent our brand with a modern image and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude every day. What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: $40,000.00 - $103,858.00 per year

Qualifications

:

• Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
• Furniture sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Spanish language skills (a plus)
