Business Development Liaison - Post-Acute/Long-Term Care Location: Richmond, VA & Surrounding Areas Join a leading PA/LTC medical practice as a Business Development Liaison. You will introduce our physician-led services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and rehabilitation centers across Richmond and adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain relationships with SNF, ALF, and rehab leadership.
• Conduct presentations, tours, and introductions to providers.
• Track outreach activities and manage a growing partner pipeline.
• Represent the practice at industry events and local networking opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• senior living sales, or physician liaison experience.
• Strong knowledge of post-acute, long-term care, and senior living sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory. Preferred:
• Established relationships in the Richmond senior care market.
• Familiarity with PA/LTC healthcare regulations.

Compensation

: Base compensation plus bonus Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Schedule:
