Location: Goleta, CA or Petersburg, VA. Company: Moss Motors Ltd. Moss Motors Ltd, a leading. Distributor of specialty British automotive parts and accessories since 1948. It is seeking a full-time sales and parts specialist to join our call center team in either Galeta, California or Petersburg, VA. This is more than a call center role, this is a career opportunity for someone passionate about classic British cars and eager to support customers who share that passion, you'll be part of a dedicated team helping enthusiast and shops alike Restore, maintain and enjoy their vehicles. Position summary. This role is responsible for providing expert level support to customers over the phone and via e-mail by identifying and recommending the correct parts. Processing orders and delivering an exceptional customer experience. That position reports to call center manager. Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers and shops. Regarding British car parts.
• This is customers with ID identifying parts by vehicle, model and year using online catalogs or internal systems.
• Accurately enter orders, update customer accounts, and process payments.
• Provide product information and technical guidance as needed. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and patience.
• Escalate complex or high priority issues to the appropriate department.
• Document interaction according to standard operation procedures.
• Support teammates and collaborate with other departments as needed. Required qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of classic British automobiles. (MG, Triumph, Austin, Healey, Jaguar, etc...)
• Experience identifying and looking up automobile parts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Experience in a call center or customer service environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and typing abilities.
• Team player with positive attitude and Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Prior work in automotive parts sales and Technical Support.
• Familiarity with order management system or parts catalog.
