LOOKING FOR RESILIANT INSIDE SALES PEOPLE WITH TELEMARKETING SKILLS. MUST BE COMFORTABLE MAKING 100 OUTBOUND BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES CALLS. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CLEARLY AND ALSO BE A GOOD LISTENER. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO BE HIGHLY PERSUASIVE ON THE PHONE WHILE REMAINING PROFESSIONAL. MUST BE MONEY MOTIVATED. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Educate customers about product features, promotions, and store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
• Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn about products and store operations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn!
