The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance market presence, manage client relationships, and drive sales through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement catering strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
• Assist in managing all aspects of catering operations, including event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct product demos to showcase catering offerings and enhance client engagement.
• Collaborate with the Catering General Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are available for events.
• Train and supervise catering staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends to stay competitive in the catering market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a catering sales or event management position.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
