What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Reynoldsburg, you'll be the first smile guests see and the lasting impression they remember. Your mission? Turn curiosity into commitment and make every interaction unforgettable. Sales & Membership Growth

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads, reconnect with past clients, and book intro sessions
• Conduct high-energy studio tours and guide guests through their first StretchLab experience
• Close memberships and package sales by showcasing the transformational power of assisted stretching
• Overcome common objections with confidence, empathy, and positivity
• Promote retail products and service upgrades that enhance client results Client Experience & Studio Operations
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests and members
• Manage multiple priorities--checking in clients, answering phones, scheduling sessions , and keeping operations running smoothly
• Troubleshoot small issues (printer jam? no problem!) and assist team members as needed
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and client-ready
• Use platforms like ClubReady (or similar CRM) to maintain an active pipeline and track progress Community & Marketing Support
• Assist with social media efforts , local marketing events, and community outreach
• Represent StretchLab Reynoldsburg with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm, both inside and outside the studio

Who You Are

• You have sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-focused setting (think gyms, spas, salons, or boutique studios)
• You're comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections , and closing sales
• You're organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy with CRM/scheduling platforms
• You build instant rapport and make newcomers feel welcome and confident
• You're solution-driven , proactive, and thrive with personal responsibility
• You're available for 20 -25 hours a week, including at least one weekend day
• You live nearby or have a reliable commute to StretchLab Reynoldsburg
