General Description: This position will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and preparing orders for shipping in a timely and accurate manner. This position works in a team environment with set guidelines to uphold BRS quality standards, established deadlines and safe work habits to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled efficiently. This is a full time, day shift position. Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Selects products by SKU and descriptions using a handheld scanner to fulfill orders.
• Examines all products related to customer orders
• Use basic math skills to count, measure, weigh or otherwise verify information and products selected against customers' orders or other records related to orders.
• Prepare items for shipping by inspecting for damage, cleaning, and bagging parts if necessary
• Pack orders in a safe, neat and professional manner
• Uses order fulfillment software to print shipping labels and affix to customer packaging.
• Sort packages according to destination and shipping carrier.
• Must meet daily shipping schedule deadlines.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.
• Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality
• Other duties and projects as needed. Work Experience and Abilities:
• 1 year of order fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, warehouse or other relevant fast paced experience (preferred)
• Organized, detail oriented and ability to concentrate on fine detail with interruptions.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Thrive in a high-energy, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. Education

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
