Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a passion for building relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our existing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. COMMISSION-BASED POSITION (NO CAP ON COMMISSION).

Responsibilities

:

• Maintaining customer profiles in CRM on a weekly basis.
• Self generating leads through door knocking and networking
• A bonus structure is in place for exceeding the requirement and penalties are in place for failing to meet the requirement.
• Setting appointments with provided leads
• Conducting inspections
• Take photos during the inspection (see photo list)
• Bidding jobs off of the provided price sheet
• Attending Adjuster Meetings
• You need to make it to every adjuster meeting. If you can't make it you need to communicate that with your sales manager so someone can cover it. No exceptions
• Communicating start dates/ material drop off dates with the customer
• Note this communication in Nimbus
• Maintaining communication with the customer throughout the install process
• Conducting a final walk through with the customer after the job is completed
• Take care of minor clean up issues/ roll the yard with a magnet during the final walk through
• Collecting and depositing checks
• Requesting reviews from customers you believe had a positive experience.
