Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Market Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing sales transactions, promoting products, and maintaining a well- organized market environment. If an outstanding applicant would like more of a fulltime position, we have additional opportunities to help in our honey house preparing and bottling honey, doing deliveries, working with our beekeepers in our apiary and/or helping with general farm tasks around our 200-acre property. We will fully train you for success in any/all areas that you participate in.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with attention to detail.
• Engage customers through upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product tastings to educate customers about the benefits and quality of our products.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing and change calculations.
• Set-up market tent and market table in a professional manner that represents the quality of our products
• Market locations vary so you will need reliable transportation Skills
• Friendly and engaging personality, conversing with customers to promote our products effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
