Our new location features an exclusive selection of top-tier brands, including Tempurpedic and Stearns & Foster mattresses, to provide our customers with the finest in quality, comfort, and style. Overview

As a Sales Consultant at NashCo Furniture, you will be a key player in helping our customers transform their living spaces with beautiful, high-quality furniture. You will provide personalized service, assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces, and guide them through our extensive customization options. In this role, you will be expected to:

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through our design-driven offerings.
• Educate customers on product features, including custom upholstery, leather, and mattresses.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive selling and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge to effectively recommend furniture that fits customer needs.
• Work a full-time schedule, including weekends, to ensure the store is fully staffed during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell custom upholstery, high-fashion furniture brands, and mattresses.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
• Assist with inventory management and store merchandising.

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or high-end retail, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for design and interior decor.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a drive for success.
• Knowledge of luxury furniture brands and mattress products is a plus.
