As an Account Manager Trainee, your primary responsibility is to serve as the direct link between our clients and customers, ensuring a smooth and personalized sales experience at every interaction. You will learn to manage new accounts, recommend tailored telecommunications solutions, and guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care. By fostering strong customer relationships and continuously honing your product knowledge, you will contribute directly to client satisfaction, customer retention, and overall business growth. Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers in person, building rapport and actively listening to their current telecommunications needs, offering personalized solutions with our products and services.
• Qualify individuals to determine eligibility for telecommunications products and services.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and feedback for a better understanding of our approach to customers and how to improve the sales and enrollment experience.
• Walk customers through the sales process, handling sensitive information with professionalism, care and respect.
• Represent the company positively and respectfully, building trust and rapport with customers, and fostering client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, to increase revenue and company value to customers.

Qualifications

:

• A college degree in finance, business management, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred for this position.
• Empathetic and professional demeanor when handling customers, easy to build rapport with, and an unwavering positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and active listening skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
• Comfortable engaging and building relationships with customers in a face-to-face setting.
• Passion to learn new skills in a sales environment, motivated to take on challenges and develop knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various meeting locations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Schedule:
