Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively meet customer needs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including meeting clients at their locations to present products and services.
• Provide information on benefits administration to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to the industry.
• Experience in telemarketing and outside sales preferred.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making.
