Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and has strong leadership skills.

Duties

: - Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and targets - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers - Act as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating product knowledge and effective selling techniques - Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service skills - Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandising efforts - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Perform opening and closing procedures as required - Ensure store cleanliness and organization Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
