Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our ergonomic furniture solutions and value proposition.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations to generate interest in our products.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and ensure campaign success.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle objections professionally and work towards converting prospects into loyal customers.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or ergonomic furniture) with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone and through email.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM software, such as Sales Logix, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $37.00 per hour
