Are you a highly efficient, self-starter looking to get your foot in the door in the Bay Area Real Estate Market? Skybox Realty is a boutique residential real estate brokerage firm specializing in luxury Bay Area living. YOU WILL BE:

• Meeting new and exciting people who want to call the Bay Area their home
• Interacting, scheduling and coordinating between vendors, clients and agents
• Managing our San Francisco / Peninsula / South Bay Rentals & Listings
• Coordinating maintenance and unit improvements for rentals & listings
• Creating an online and social networking presence (website, craigslist, Facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.)
• Event planning
• Putting together disclosure packages for properties
• Doing light book keeping, filing and pdfing
• Preparing large scale direct mail initiatives
• Supporting one of the top ranked brokers in San Francisco
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to figure it out on your own QUALIFICATIONS:
• A 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience (two years related work experience to one year college
• Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment, professional etiquette, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to be assertive yet tactful
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
• Work requires attention to detail in composing and proofing documents, establishing and meeting deadlines, and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills
• Must possess a positive work behavior
• Must be able to drive well
• Must have a flexible schedule that allows work on weekend
• Must be located within a reasonable commute of San Francisco (less than 1 hr, 30 mins preferred) BONUS:
• Working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, wordpress, and Quickbooks
• Experience using property management software
• Good eye for design (both spatially and digitally)
• Knowledge of HTML5
• A Second Language Typical timeframes:
• 9AM-6PM or 10AM - 7PM with 1HR for Lunch Work Remotely
• No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule:
