Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting outside sales members with new/existing business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside/outside sales or a related field, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
• A background in technical sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
