Duties

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and sell products that meet these needs.
• Develop marketing plans to reach agency goals.
• Must have positive attitude working with customers, service team and agent.
• Work with customer service team to help with customer cross-sell needs.
• Minimum production goal requirement each month, looking those that want to make $$$$

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience is preferred, looking for those that LOVE sales.
• Successful record of meeting production goals.
• Must have awesome communication skills and be relatable to customers.
• Property & Casualty License required before employment can start.
