We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Director of Business Development to lead our growth efforts. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships, and help position us for long-term success across both public and private sectors. What You 'll Do

• Build and lead business development strategies that align with our goals
• Identify new markets and partnership opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and public agencies
• Lead the proposal process, from strategy to delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our services meet market demands
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity
• Represent the firm at key industry events and conferences
• Help develop marketing materials and track business development metrics What You 'll Bring
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• At least 7 years of experience in business development or sales in the AEC industry
• A solid track record of winning new work and growing client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with proposals, contracts, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of industry trends and key players
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong follow-through Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $110,000.00 per year Schedule:
