Job Title: Sales Manager - HVAC Solutions Location: Richmond, VA Salary: $95,000 - $160,000 (Base) + On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $250,000

: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in HVAC sales to join our dynamic team in Richmond, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and work with industry-leading solutions in commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, engineers, and end-users.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 5 years ' experience in HVAC sales with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a successful sales team.
• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
