About Us

: Trackspec Motorsports is a high-performance manufacturer specializing in motorsport product development and laser metal fabrication. From roll cages to precision laser-cut components, our products are engineered and manufactured in-house to meet the demands of racing and industrial applications. We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our existing product lines while developing and launching a new brand under our umbrella.

Responsibilities

:

• Lead and grow B2B and B2C sales across all product lines
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media
• Manage online storefronts (e.g., Shopify), customer relationships, and sales funnels
• Coordinate product launches and promotions with the production and fabrication teams
• Create and manage content, ads, and campaigns with strong ROI focus
• Oversee branding and go-to-market strategy for an upcoming new brand
• Track KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and implement optimizations

Requirements

:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand development (manufacturing or automotive a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Passion for motorsports, fabrication, or performance products is highly valued What We Offer:
