At Foodja, we're passionate about helping our restaurant partners increase their visibility and sales. We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Restaurant Advisor to join our team. If you have a flair for marketing, a keen eye for business growth, and a love for the restaurant industry, we want you! What you will do: As a Restaurant Advisor, your role will be pivotal in guiding our restaurant partners toward success. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing and Upselling: Increase visibility and profitability by managing and upselling restaurant backlinks and improving their positioning to clients.
• Expert Consultation: Provide professional advice and support on marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
• Performance Enhancement: Closely monitor restaurant ratings and develop effective programs to boost performance, tracking the results meticulously.
• Customized Marketing Plans: Design and implement tailored marketing strategies for our partners, including special programs, 5x points, newsletters, and pagination.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analysis to build compelling business cases, driving the adoption of your strategic recommendations.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the restaurant industry to provide cutting-edge advice. What skills you need to bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
