" This job is a civilian position and does not require military service" Our Saugus store is looking forward to adding energetic and outgoing staff to our team! We are a unique Army/Navy retail store open to the public we have amazing store hours: 10AM-6PM and flexible schedules. While specializing in military surplus, camping, survival and tactical gear We also offer a wide range of airsoft guns and accessories ~ Plus so much more! We are passionate about creating a memorable shopping experience that customer's will want to share and return. Shifts are really great! They will be either 10-6 or 12-6! Please note that this position does require weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Greet, assist, and check back with customers
• Use a cash register/POS system to ring transactions
• Answer e-mails and phone calls
• Coordinate with other staff members to complete daily tasks
• Taking in and receiving products/inventory, merchandising and maintaining sales floor.

Qualifications

and Skills

• Knack for interacting with people and have an interest in learning and selling our products.
• Communicate with customers and staff effectively
• Previous Experience in Sales is preferred (but we will train qualified candidates)
• Over the age of 18 and be able to stand, to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Various weaponry/blades/airsoft guns are a part of our inventory, therefor you must feel comfortable handling and discussing these items.
