Job Description

: As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close deals. This entry- level position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, eager to learn, and driven to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through face-to-face interactions with potential customers within a retail setting
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers within a retailer.
• Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet team goals.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and drive business growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
