Job Description

Perform sales responsibilities at the front counter for contractors and DIY customers. You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with contractors and gain a deep knowledge of the stock lumber and building materials we sell. You will also help with stocking shelves and organizing the store. Job

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build relationships and sell lumber and building materials, both in person and on the phone
• Familiarize yourself with our suppliers and product base to provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services
• Create material estimates
• Coordinate sales orders and deliveries with yard crew
• Participate in small amounts of stock reordering
• Assist other team members with maintaining inventory, answer phones, and other tasks around the store.
• Maintain positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a profession and ethical manner with all stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 46 per week
