Job Title: Receptionist Location: South Shore Realtors, 48 Schoosett St, Pembroke, MA 02359 Job Type: Part-Time | In-Person | Mon-Friday, 8:30AM-2:00PM Additional hours available for special events as well as busy season (Oct- March) Pay: $18 hour

South Shore Realtors serves as the voice for real estate in the region, supporting members with advocacy, education, and resources.

Position Summary

We're seeking a dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented Receptionist to provide front-line member support and assist with administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet visitors
• Support members by understanding and applying national, state, and local policies
• Assist with membership processes and work closely with the Director of Membership
• Process payments and registrations for events and education
• Help monitor virtual classes and events
• Perform general administrative tasks and manage inventory
• Schedule cleanings and office appointments
• Make occasional trips to the bank/post office
• Provide on-site support at our Fall River office for events/meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with membership databases a plus
• Customer service experience required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
