Overview

: We're looking for a warm, energetic, and service-focused Sales Associate to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. You'll play a key role in providing a welcoming client experience and helping our customers find the perfect hair solution with care and confidence.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Educate clients on wig options, product care, and insurance-related questions (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment
• Assist with fittings and ensure clients feel comfortable and supported
• Support inventory management, follow-up communication, and appointment coordination
• Collaborate with our small team and contribute to ideas as we grow

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail, beauty, or customer service experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in beauty, wellness, or the medical wig space
