Overview

WinnScapes, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Landscape Maintenance Sales Representative. This position offers the opportunity to sell a variety of landscape maintenance services including mowing, turf & landscape applications, pruning, spring & fall clean ups, as well as small landscape installations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to walk their property and get a sense of what they hope to achieve and need in a landscape maintenance package.
• Prepare detailed proposals based on customer's wants and needs.
• Prepare proposals for landscape maintenance and other kinds of installations based on customer's wants and needs.
• Coordinates maintenance services with production managers once contract is accepted.
• Oversee maintenance services and project installations, working with production managers, to ensure final product meets and exceeds client's expectations.
• Follow up with client to ensure satisfaction with services and projects and collect payment.
• Participate in all snow removal activities as determined and directed by supervisor Join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational capabilities while working with a dedicated team towards excellence in maintenance practices!

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional sales/office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. This is a sales representative position.
• Ability to price/estimate landscape maintenance services and calculate quantity of materials needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
