• Direct Sales experience is required (training in medical receptionist duties and patient registration will be provided).
• Minimum one year of experience in a medical receptionist or patient relations role is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both in-person and over the phone).
• Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
