What You'll Do

:

• Door-to-Door Lead Generation - Knock neighborhoods, identify real problems, and set qualified appointments for house painting projects
• In-Home Presentations - Return to run the full sales process: build rapport, present our solution, handle objections, and close the deal
• Commission-Based Closing - Collect deposits on the spot and earn instantly on every sale
• CRM Reporting - Track your pipeline, performance, and KPIs using our software
• Drive Results - Sell $10k-$25k house painting projects with professionalism and urgency What We're Looking For:
• Experience in sales, door-to-door, or similar environments preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and maturity
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• A full-time commitment (Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm)
