Real Estate Team Assistant & Operations Coordinator Are you organized, detail-loving, and energized by helping others succeed? We're looking for a dynamic Team Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support our fast-paced real estate team. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly--from admin and marketing to rentals and team systems. What You 'll Do:

• Support a team of 4 agents with daily admin, scheduling, and communication
• Manage listing paperwork, transactions, and CRMs with accuracy
• Help run team meetings and track weekly performance and budgets
• Oversee Airbnb/VRBO rental bookings and guest coordination
• Assist with marketing content, social media, and event planning
• Use tools like Google Workspace, KW Command, [please apply online] and Canva What We 're Looking For:
• Highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
• Experience in admin, real estate support, or property management a plus
• Great communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, team-first environment
