Retail Sales Associate

Duties

: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and credit card transactions, including operating a cash register - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

: - Multilingual skills preferred, but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts - Experience in sales or customer service is a plus - Knowledge of retail math principles for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc. - Technical knowledge for selling electronics or jewelry is a plus - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
