Job Title: District Manager - Aftermarket Products Job
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager - Aftermarket Products to oversee the management and growth of aftermarket products such as protective coatings, windshield protection, and other F&I products within the DC Metro region. In this role, you will drive the success of these products with assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships with management and dealership personnel. Your efforts will directly contribute to the continued performance, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability of ECP Aftermarket Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for local dealerships, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local dealership management, regional leadership, and dealer group contacts.
- Aftermarket Product Production Oversight:
- Oversee daily dealership training and servicing activities, ensuring they align with ECP standards.
- Manage the full cycle of Aftermarket Product production within assigned and newly acquired accounts.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute dealer-specific plans to drive growth, performance, and new account acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Communication and Training:
- Conduct product training sessions for dealerships, ensuring they are updated on offerings, programs, and best practices.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to local dealers and regional management about product updates, contract changes, and other important information.
- Account Acquisition and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential dealership partners.
- Develop strategies to secure new accounts and create tailored proposals to highlight the value of ECP Aftermarket Products.
- Establish a pipeline of potential leads and ensure effective follow-up to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management within the automotive industry, particularly with aftermarket products (preferred).
- Strong B2B sales experience and the ability to engage high-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, approaching, and securing new accounts in a B2B environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Aftermarket Product processes, procedures, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
