We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team and work with businesses to manage their services and accounts with detail while providing service solutions for them. Our Entry Level Account Manager position is designed for individuals seeking valuable experience in sales, account management, and leadership. We provide structured training for our Entry Level Account Managers so that they are confident when working with other businesses and present product information. The Entry Level Account Managers will be responsible for working with others daily, managing accounts, processing any sales orders, and impacting the Dallas business area. Responsibilities

:

• As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will interact with business owners and customers delivering a personalized experience that drives service satisfaction
• Increase wireless and internet sales by developing and expanding business accounts.
• The Entry Level Account Manager role involves identifying opportunities to increase revenue, upselling products or services, and ensuring customers needs are met through strategic sales efforts
• Educate business on products and services so that they receive the best solutions.
• Train with other members to gain in-depth knowledge of AT&T's offerings and communicate their value to customers clearly and compellingly.
• Manage new and existing accounts while delivering outstanding service.
• Tracks customer progress, addresses concerns, and maintains high satisfaction levels to encourage client retention. Entry Level Account Manager

Qualifications

:

• Resilience and perseverance when working with local businesses about their services
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
• Adaptability to quickly adjusting strategies in a work setting and when working with business owners with product and service presentations
• Open to learning new skills, receiving feedback, and continuously improving
• Experience prior in an account management, customer service, retail, customer facing role is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
