Job Title: Credit Repair Sales Representative - Phone-Based Closer (Bilingual a Plus) Company: Core Global Training - Jacksonville, FL (In-Person for 60 Days, Then Remote Eligible)

Many of our top sales reps came from collections and transitioned extremely well into credit repair. We're looking for someone who:

• Is a confident, persuasive communicator
• Can handle inbound appointments and call leads instantly
• Follows up relentlessly until the deal is closed
• Thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
• Is coachable, consistent, and accountable

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound sales calls
• Follow up on leads daily using our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Educate clients on credit repair, funding, and tradeline options
• Close sales and help clients enroll into services
• Hit and exceed sales goals weekly and monthly

Qualifications

1+ year in credit repair sales or 7+ years in collections (strongly preferred) Comfortable making dozens of calls daily Experience with CRM software (GoHighLevel preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus High school diploma or equivalent

• $13 -$15/hour base pay
• Bonuses + uncapped commissions
