Job Description

Come join the Legacy Insurance team! We are an independent insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensed Client Account Manager. Youll work directly with clients and insurance carriers to service policies, answer questions, and support renewals all while helping our clients protect what matters most. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Salary: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional support to clients via phone, email, and in person Service existing policies (endorsements, billing help, proof of insurance, etc.) Quote, bind, and process renewals with multiple carriers Identify cross-sell opportunities to help clients round out their coverage Support agency operations with documentation, follow-up, and admin tasks

Requirements

Resident State Property and Casualty Insurance License Team player with a self-starter attitude High degree of self-discipline and motivation Ability to follow processes and procedures Detail-focused and great at follow-through Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
