Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with customers.

Duties

• Actively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Utilize effective communication skills to present product features and benefits.
• Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Perform retail math calculations to provide accurate pricing and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Utilize software tools for tracking customer interactions and managing leads.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including community events and trade shows, to promote dealership offerings. Experience
• Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with retail math principles is beneficial for pricing and financing discussions.
• Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers.
• Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales management practices will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using software applications related to sales tracking and customer management is preferred.
