Full description of the position

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients in the print and package industry.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for various printing projects.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Market Knowledge, Sales Forecasting, and Needs Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Forecast sales trends based on trends and needs.
• Administrative Tasks: Including (but not limited to) following up on leads, order/job entry, and managing customer accounts. Skills and

Qualifications

:

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing or related industries.
• Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and a commitment to providing excellent client experiences.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard productivity software with a willingness to learn industry specific software.
