Position Summary

: As a key member of our sales team, the Sales Representative will be instrumental in bringing in new business, while assisting customers and prospect's query. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to bring new accounts, grow and contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Aggressively sell against competing brands
• Ensure good customer relations by handling all customer requests, questions and complaints, and facilitating resolution
• Bid management; completing and delivering bids in a timely manner
• Provide data and guides to help within the sales team
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• Keeping abreast of competition and known knowledge of current market status
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Maximize tools necessary to bring in new business such as cold calling, e-mail, in person meetings
• Preparing for trade show events and customer meetings Candidate

Requirements

:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Good written and communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• College Degree
