Responsibilities

:

• Connect with prospective clients using provided leads to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and explain our portfolio of insurance products, tailoring recommendations to individual circumstances.
• Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• While a degree and 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience are a plus, we encourage all motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to apply.
• Must be able to attain and maintain a current state insurance license in life, health, and accident (training provided for qualified candidates). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Performance-Based with Growth Potential)
