Venue Manager Hightop Hospitality is seeking a Venue Manager to join our growing catering division. We are looking for a self-motivated person with drive, passion and confidence to enthusiastically sell and provide extraordinary customer experiences for multiple event centers in the Twin Cities area. Our events range from weddings to fundraisers and corporate meetings. This position is full-time and provides a base salary plus commission and bonus potential. Venue Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Take ownership of the venue's success from beginning to end
• Meet monthly and annual sales goals for venue bookings
• Point of contact for showings and guest tours
• Provide quotes and proposals to potential guests
• Team leader with ability to create a positive atmosphere for catering team and vendors
• Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting for corporate headquarters
• Manage and plan events to market event centers including open house events and wedding fairs
• Execute marketing plan in conjunction with corporate headquarters marketing plan Venue Manager

Requirements

and Skills:

• Venue Sales and Management experience of at least 1-2 years
• Have a proven track record of successful sales bookings
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service experience
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally including set-up/tear down of event space
• Works schedule: Full time-must be able to work nights and weekends We Offer:
