Job Title: Wholesale Sales Representative (Smoke Shops) COMMISION BASED POSITION / WITH HOURLY TO HELP YOU GET YOUR PROPER ACCOUNTS Job

Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling and promoting our products to smoke shops, dispensaries, and other related businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with smoke shop owners and managers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and develop new business by identifying potential smoke shop clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and products are replenished.
• Conduct in-person sales visits to smoke shops, dispensaries, and other retail locations.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders in CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customers with the best product offerings and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction by coordinating with logistics and customer support teams.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in wholesale, retail, or the smoke shop industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
• Knowledge of the smoke shop industry and products is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
