Jobsites -2510 W Main St. #200 Grand Prairie, TX 75050 Who we are Complete Line Glass has been serving the glass & glazing industry since the 1980's. With a fleet of over 30 delivery vehicles we deliver cases, stock sheets, tempered glass, insulated glass, aluminum storefront and glass on racks to customer's shops and jobsites. Account Manager Description: The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with others. While this position includes direct selling to customers, it is not a "hard close" style sales position but more about cultivating business relationships and managing accounts. Once hired you will undergo a 2-week hands on training program which will introduce you to the company, products and programs you will use on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

- Account Manager:

• Effectively communicate order status updates, issues, and resolutions to internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with production and management to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
• Handle all quotes as they come in and follow up on quotes with customers.
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Prerequisites - Account Manager:
• Past customer service experience
• Good time management / organizational skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Construction experience preferred but not essential
• Problem solving / ability to adapt

Compensation

- Account Manager:

• 8am-5pm; Monday to Friday // starting $20.00/hr Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour
