Overview

: As a Food Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with operators, distributors and brokers, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with operators and distributors throughout Tennessee to promote and sell our products.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of the Tennessee market and its key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Tennessee.
