Sales Manager - HVAC Solutions Location: Richmond, VA Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 basic | $200,000 OTE Full-time | Permanent Are you a high-performing sales leader ready to drive growth in a fast-paced, technical environment? We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering innovative HVAC and building automation solutions across the Richmond area and beyond.

About the Role

: You'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of experienced sales professionals, with a focus on driving new business, developing key relationships, and expanding our market presence in the commercial HVAC and building technologies space.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors
• Build strategic relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to exceed goals
• Stay up to date on market trends and emerging technologies in HVAC and energy efficiency What We're Looking For:
• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within HVAC, building automation, or related technical industries
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive large-scale projects from concept to close
• Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing people
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
