Patient Coordinator - Sales Experience Preferred | Medical Aesthetic Practice Location: Home and part time office (Pay shown is not reflective of what we are offering) Are you a people person with a knack for sales and a passion for helping others feel their best? We're looking for a motivated, organized, and professional Patient Coordinator to join our growing medical practice!

About the Role

: As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales who's eager to learn new skills and grow within the aesthetics or medical field.

What You'll Do

:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with care and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups
• Educate patients about our services and procedures (training provided!)
• Organize patient records and help ensure smooth office operations
• Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional experience from first call to post-treatment We're Looking For Someone Who:
