Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess their tree care needs and offer expert advice.
• Estimating & Proposals: Generate accurate cost estimates based on company pricing, prepare professional proposals, and close sales.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients, landscape contractors, property managers, and industry peers.
• Networking: Actively engage in local networking efforts to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
• Client Experience: Deliver outstanding service from first contact to project completion, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Continuous Learning: Remain current with best practices in arboriculture and sales strategies through ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Solid understanding of tree care practices including pruning, removals, pest/disease management, and risk assessment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to develop clear, accurate proposals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the arboriculture or landscaping industry.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and google products.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in general tree care or plant health care services.
