• About the role We're looking for a vibrant Contact Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments with homeowners, and provide top-notch customer service. You will be the voice of our company, responsible for overcoming objections and creating an enthusiastic, positive impression--every single time.
• What you'll do
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Book appointments with homeowners for our sales team.
• Skillfully manage objections and turn potential setbacks into opportunities.
• Build rapport with homeowners by creating engaging and positive interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities and customer information.
• Work closely with the team to continuously improve our call strategies and customer experience.
