Job Summary

: We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on home appliances, helping customers find the right products that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Your goal is to deliver a great shopping experience, drive sales, and keep our showroom running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens, etc.)
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and comparisons
• Stay updated on current promotions, financing options, and warranties
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and product displays
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience (appliance or electronics sales is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to learn and retain detailed product information
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical
