• Seeking a Cashier/Receptionist/Clerical person for immediate opening. Generally the hours will be Monday-Friday 11:00 am-7:00 pm, could vary some.
• Must be willing to occasionally work Saturday and Sunday for fill in.
• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires.
• Prepare sales, service and parts transactions for the accounting department.
• Various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received.
• Balancing till, batch out and balance credit card totals daily.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
• Filing, Scanning, Data Entry.
• Miscellaneous duties as requested. REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Willing to work weekends occasionally.
