About the Role

: As our Bilingual Office Assistant , you'll play a critical role in our disposition team , helping us manage our Facebook marketing , talk to buyers and sellers , and negotiate deals. You'll take initiative, move fast, and get results. This is NOT your average admin job -- we want someone who's competitive, charismatic, and ready to dominate.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to inbound buyer/seller leads via phone, email, and social media
• Manage and optimize property listings on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms
• Communicate with potential buyers and negotiate offers
• Follow up with leads, create urgency, and close deals
• Coordinate documentation and updates with our internal team
• Keep Salesforce updated with all lead activity and property information
• Help manage multiple tasks with urgency and efficiency
• Jump in and take ownership of anything sales or marketing-related What We're Looking For:
• Sales-oriented personality with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• High energy, persuasive, confident communicator
• Fast learner who thrives in change and loves taking the lead
• Comfortable with conflict and pushback -- and knows how to close

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
